Canceling Hearing Settings
A setting is a specific date and time that is added to a scheduled hearing. If a conflict arises so that the setting cannot take place, you can cancel a setting instead of the whole hearing. This makes the setting's original time available so other settings can be scheduled.
To cancel a hearing settings:
1. Modify a hearing, and click Image beside the appropriate field.
2. Complete the cancel hearing setting fields displayed.
3. Click Save (ALT+S).
When the case is changed to inactive, all related hearings and their settings are canceled.
