Bond Surety Fields
Complete the following fields on the Surety tab of an existing bond record or when adding a new bond.
Surety Table
This table displays all surety added to the bond. Information in this section includes who posted the bond, the surety amount,
and ay additional comments.
Surety Detail Bond Company Fields
If you select Bond Company the following fields are displayed.

| Bond Company | Click  to select a bond company.

| Amount | Type the amount of the bond surety. |
| Comment | Type notes or comments related to the record. Click  for additional space. Click  to check the spelling of the text entered.

Surety Detail Property Fields

| Parcel # | Type the parcel number. |
| Value | Type the value of the parcel. |
| Outstanding Bonds | Click this button to select an outstanding property bond. |
| Legal Desc | Type a legal description of the property. |
| Book | Type the book number where the property bond information is located. |
| Page | Type the page number in the book where the property bond information is located. |
| Property Owner | Click to select the property owner related to this property bond.

| Address Line 1 | Type the address information for Address Line 1. |
| Address Line 2 | Type the address information for Address Line 2. |
| City, State and ZIP | Type the city, state, and ZIP code for the property owner of the property bond. |
| Amount | Type the amount forthe property bond. |
