Bank Charge Fields
Complete the following fields when entering bank charges for registry investments.
Bank Charge Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Type | Click the arrow to view the options and select Bank Charge. |
| Charge Date | Enter the date when the charge occurred. |
| Bank Charge / New Balance | To enter the amount of the bank charge, select Bank Charge. Type the amount for the charge. The new balance for the investment account is automatically calculated.
To enter the new balance for the investment account, select New Balance. Type the amount for the new balance. The amount of the bank charge is automatically calculated.

| New Rate | The current rate for the investment is automatically displayed. If the rate has changed since the last transaction, enter a new rate in the space provided. Enter up to three decimal places. |
| Comment | Type notes or comments related to the record. Click  for additional space. Click  to check the spelling of the text entered.
