The Select Awarded Against Party dialog box displays the party name and connection as wall as any lead attorneys on the selected case. Use the Connection Type drop-down list to select the type of party to display. Select the Show Inactive Parties check box to display parties that are no longer active on the case.

Select the party who will be making the garnishment payment, and click Continue (ALT+C).
