Valid Cases and Case Warnings
The Valid Cases and Case Warnings section displays data on all valid cases selected by the automated citation conviction report job.

This column displays the state associated with the defendant’s driver’s license or current known address. |

| Off. Date |
This column displays the offense date for each case on the report. |
| Offense |
This column displays the offense description for the charge on each case on the report. |
| Viol. Code |
This column displays the four digit Omnibase Offense Code mapping associated with the offense code on each case on the report. |
| Guilty Plea |
This column displays “Y” if the defendant’s plea was guilty or “N” if the defendant’s plea was not guilty. |
| Conviction Date |
This column displays the date submitted as the conviction date for the defendant. |
| Fine |
This column displays the sum of all fines on the case. |
| Warning |
This column displays all warnings for each applicable case on the report. |
| Valid Cases |
This field displays the total number of cases without errors that were selected by the automated citation conviction job. |
| Cases with Warnings |
This field displays the total number of cases selected by the job that had warnings. |
| Total Warnings |
This field displays the total number of warnings on all cases selected by the job. |
Errors
The Errors section displays all cases with errors that were selected by the automated citation conviction job. Cases with no agency
selected and cases with no driver’s license state selected are also included in this section.
