Attorney Record Fields
The following fields are available when adding or modifying an attorney record.
Name
When adding an attorney, you have the option of adding the attorney by name, nickname, or business. Make your selection then complete the following fields.
Party Name – Person Fields
Field Name Field Description
Title Select the appropriate title from the drop-down list.
First Name Type the person’s first name.
Middle Name Type the party's middle name, if known.
Last Name You are required to enter the party's last name when you select the Person option.
Suffix If necessary, select the appropriate name suffix from the list (e.g., Jr.).
Party Name – Nickname Fields
Field Name Field Description
Nickname Type the nickname for the party.
Party Name – Business Fields
Field Name Field Description
Business Name Type the business name for the party.
Current Known Addresses
Click Image to add a current known address.
Field Name Field Description
E-mail Type the e-mail address for the attorney. Click the Image icon to send an e-mail to this attorney.
Notifications
Field Name Field Description
Notify Attorney when Documents are added to Events Select this check box to send a notification to the attorney when documents are added to events on cases.
Bar Number
Field Name Field Description
Bar Number Type the attorney’s bar number.
Standing
Field Name Field Description
Standing From the drop-down list, select the attorney’s current standing.
Date Enter the date when the attorney’s standing takes effect.
Phone Numbers
Field Name Field Description
Work / Ext Type the attorney’s work phone number and extension, if needed.
Fax / Ext Type the attorney’s fax number and extension, if needed.
Cell Type the attorney’s cell phone number.
Comment Type notes or comments related to the record. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
