The following fields are available when adding or modifying an attorney record.
Name
When adding an attorney, you have the option of adding the attorney by name, nickname, or business. Make your selection then
complete the following fields.
Party Name – Person Fields

Select the appropriate title from the drop-down list. |
First Name |
Type the person’s first name. |
Middle Name |
Type the party's middle name, if known. |
Last Name |
You are required to enter the party's last name when you select the Person option.

Suffix |
If necessary, select the appropriate name suffix from the list (e.g., Jr.). |
