| Sort Level #2 | From the drop-down list, select a secondary sorting method for the report. The options available depend on the Sort Level #1 selected. |
| Include Comments | Select this check box to include comments in the report. |
| Save as CSV | Select this check box to save the output as a comma-separated values (CSV) file. |
