Your office must purchase a license key to access the functionality described below. Contact your system administrator for
more information. Once licensed, you can attach merged forms to the Documents tab of a case using the Forms page for the case.
To attached a merged form:

Click Forms at the top of the page. |

Select the Print Preview check box. |

Click Attach to print the form and attached the merged form. |

If the document has multiple instances, click Next to go to the next page, or click Last to go to the last page. If the form has multiple instances, the Attach button is only available on the last page. |
After the merged form is attached, it is visible on the
Documents tab of the case.
