Amend Sentence Fields
The fields that are displayed vary based on the sentence amendment type selected in the Type field.
Amend Judgement Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Type | Enter the appropriate sentence type code in the space provided, or use the drop-down list to view a list of sentence types. Press F4 to search for and select a sentence type code. |
| Date | Enter the date when the sentence was amended. |
| Reason | Select the reason for the sentence amendment. |
| Docketable | Select this check box if the sentence event is docketable. |
| Judge | If a judge has already been assigned to the case, that judge is automatically displayed. If a judge is not displayed or a
different judge is needed, click  to search for the judge entering the sentence.

| Case Aging Clock | Select how the event affects the case aging clock (e.g., does not affect, starts it, stops it, or starts it over again). |
