Adding Initial Assessments
Risk assessments are added on the Risk tab prior to a supervision record.
Complete the following steps to add an initial risk assessment for the party:
1. Access the Risk tab.
2. Click the Add Initial option in the Risk Information section.
3. Select a location.
4. Select the questionnaire you want to conduct.
5. Complete the fields.
6. Click Save or Save/Print.
After completing the initial assessment, the risk assessment along with the assessment type, the officer who administered the test, the related case number, and any other comments are displayed in the Risk Information section.
