Maintaining Case Flags
Use flags to identify special issues on a case.
To add or modify case flags:
1. Add a case or locate an existing case, and access the Detail tab.
2. Click Image in the Case Flags section to add a flag or select an existing flag to modify or delete.
3. Select one or more case flags.
4. Add any comments for the case flags.
5. Click Continue.
Selected case flags are displayed in the Case Flags section on the Detail tab of a case record.
