Add Group Fields
Complete the following fields when adding a new group relationship.
Add Group Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Party | This field is displays the party to whom this group will be related. |
| Group ID | This field generates a system assigned group ID, unless the Manual check box is selected.
When the Manual check box is selected, you can enter a user-defined group ID.

| Group Type | From the drop-down list, select the group type for this group. |
| Description | Type a description for this group. |
| Comment | Type notes or comments related to the record. Click  for additional space. Click  to check the spelling of the text entered.

| Relationship | From the drop-down list, select the party’s relationship to the group. |
