Add a Prompt Fields
The Add a Prompt dialog box is used to configure the type of field the default text generated.
Prompt Details
Field Name Field Description
Type Select the prompt type.
Help Text Type the help text for the prompt.
Name Type the name of the prompt.
Options
If the drop-down prompt option is selected from the Type field, this section is available. Click Image to add option text.
