Add a New Citation – Incident Tab Fields
Complete the following fields to add incident information to a citation.
Incident Tab Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Jurisdiction | Select the appropriate jurisdiction from this drop-down list menu. |
| Location | Type the location of the incident. |
| Appear By | Enter the date whenthe party should appear in court. |
| Time | Type the time of the occurrence. |
| Location | Click  to select a location.

| Badge # | Type the badge number of the officer. |
| Officer | An agency must be selected before selecting an officer. If your office validates officers, the officer with the indicated
badge number is automatically displayed. If the badge number of the officer is not known, click  to search for an officer. If your office does not validate officers, type the name of the officer in the space provided.

| Comment | Type notes or comments related to the record. Click  for additional space. Click  to check the spelling of the text entered.

Note: Additional fields may be displayed on the Incident tab depending on the configuration based on your location. Complete these fields as required.
