Action – Update Report Status Fields
The following fields are displayed when performing the Update Report Status action in List Manager.
Update Report Status Fields
Field Name Field Description
Date Enter the date when the report status is updated.
Time Type the time when the report status is updated.
Agency / Party From the drop-down list, select an agency.
Badge # / Officer Type the badge number of the officer recording the incident status, or click Image to choose an officer from the list. When you choose an officer, his or her badge number displays in the Badge # field.
Status From the drop-down list, select a status to be applied to the incidents.
Comment Type notes or comments related to the record. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
List Name Type a name for a list of incomplete items list that is generated. The list can be retrieved at a later time for use with List Manager.
