Action – Update Custody Status Fields
The following fields are available when performing the Update Custody Status List Manager action.
Update Custody Status Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Date | Enter the custody status date to apply to the jailings. |
| Badge # | Type the badge number of the officer. |
| Officer | An agency must be selected before selecting an officer. If your office validates officers, the officer with the indicated
badge number is automatically displayed. If the badge number of the officer is not known, click  to search for an officer. If your office does not validate officers, type the name of the officer in the space provided.

| Custody Status | From the drop-down list, select the custody status to apply to the jailings. |
| Housing Agency | From the drop-down list, select the housing agency to apply to the jailings. |
| Comment | Type notes or comments related to the record. Click  for additional space. Click  to check the spelling of the text entered.

| List Name | Type a name for a list of incomplete items list that is generated. The list can be retrieved at a later time for use with List Manager. |
