Action – Update Checks Fields
Complete the following fields when performing the Update Checks action in List Manager.
Update Checks Fields
Field Name Field Description
Print one form per defendant Select this option to print one form for each defendant. If the defendant has multiple checks, the checks will appear on one form.
Print one form per check Select this option to print one form per check. Each check prints on a separate form regardless of the number of checks per defendant.
Form Click Image to select the form to print.
Status Select a status from the drop-down list.
Date Type the date of the most recent status update.
Administrative Closure Select this check box to indicate an administrative closure.
Comment Type any appropriate comments.
Check Flags Type any check flags separated by a comma. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Date Mailed Enter the date when the certified parcel was mailed.
Receipt Received Select Yes if you obtained a receipt for the certified mail. Select No if there is no receipt.
