Action – Update Cases Fields
The following fields are available when performing the Update Cases action in List Manager.
Update Cases Fields
Field Name Field Description
Case Category Use the drop-down list provided to choose the case category for which to apply the action. The updates are made to the list’s cases of this case category.
Events Select this check box to enter event information in the Events section.
Case Status Select this check box to enter case status information.
Date Enter the date when the case status is added.
Status Use the drop-down list provided to select a status.
Comment Type notes or comments related to the record. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
Judgment Event Select this check box to enter judgment event information.
Date Enter the date when the judgment event is added.
Type Use the drop-down list provided to select a type.
Judge Use the drop-down list provided to choose a judge to be included on this action.
Statistical Closure Select this check box to enter statistical closure information.
Date Enter the date when the statistical closure is added.
Disposition Use the drop-down list to select a disposition to include.
Comment Type notes or comments related to the record. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
Events
This section lets you add events to the list of cases.
Incomplete Action
Field Name Field Description
List Name Type a name for a list of incomplete items list that is generated. The list can be retrieved at a later time for use with List Manager.
