Action – Transfer Caseload Fields
Complete the following fields when performing the Transfer Caseload action in List Manager.
Transfer Caseload Fields
Field Name Field Description
Date Assigned Enter the date when the transfer was assigned.
Transfer From Click Image to select the officers from which to transfer cases. The selected officer or officer's current and administrative cases are transferred to the new officer.
Transfer To From the drop-down list, select the officer to whom the cases are transferred.
Override Caseload Configuration Select this check box to ignore the officer's supervision level configuration when reassigning caseloads.
Transfer Contacts Select this check box to transfer contacts to the new officer. Only contacts scheduled or unscheduled after the date assigned are transferred.
List Name Type a name for the list generated. The list can be retrieved at a later time for use with List Manager.
