Action – Property Chain of Custody Fields
The following fields are available when performing the Property Chain of Custody action in List Manager.
Released By
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Date | Enter the date when the property was released. |
| Time | Type the time when the property was released. |
| Badge # / Officer | Type the badge number of the officer releasing the property or click  to choose an officer from the list. When you choose an officer, his or her badge number displays in the Badge # field.

| Field Name | Field Description |

| Agency / Party | Select the button to indicate whether the property was released to an agency, case party, or non case party.
If Agency is selected, select an agency from the drop-down list.

| Badge # / Officer | Type the badge number of the officer to whom the property was released, or click to choose an officer from the list. When you choose an officer, his or her badge number displays in the Badge # field.

| Location | Select a location from the drop-down list. |
| Comment | Type notes or comments related to the record. Click  for additional space. Click  to check the spelling of the text entered.
