Action – Print Incident Form Fields
The following fields are available when performing the Print Incident Form action in List Manager.
Print Incident Form Fields
Field Name Field Description
Form Click Image to select the form to use.
Date Enter the date when the incident status should be applied.
Status From the drop-down list, select the status to apply to the incidents.
Comment Type notes or comments related to the record. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
