Action – Create FTA Cases Fields
The following fields are available when performing the Create FTA Cases action in List Manager.
Create FTA Cases Fields
Field Name Field Description
Use Existing Case Number on New Cases Select this option to use existing case numbers for the cases created by this action.
Use Existing Case Number with a Suffix on New Case Select this option to add a suffix to an existing case number for the cases created by this action.
Use System Assign Case Numbers Select this option to have Odyssey assign new numbers to the cases created by this action.
Case Number Suffix If you selected the option to Use Existing Case Number with a Suffix on New Case, then enter the suffix in this field.
Case Type Use the drop-down list provided to select which types of cases you are including in this action.
Make Related Use the drop-down list to select a user-defined related case reason code for the case that is being added.
Offense Code Select the offense code for the new case that is being created from the drop-down list.
