The following fields are available when performing the Create FTA Cases action in List Manager.

Use Existing Case Number on New Cases |
Select this option to use existing case numbers for the cases created by this action. |
Use Existing Case Number with a Suffix on New Case |
Select this option to add a suffix to an existing case number for the cases created by this action. |
Use System Assign Case Numbers |
Select this option to have Odyssey assign new numbers to the cases created by this action. |
Case Number Suffix |
If you selected the option to Use Existing Case Number with a Suffix on New Case, then enter the suffix in this field.

Use the drop-down list provided to select which types of cases you are including in this action. |
Make Related |
Use the drop-down list to select a user-defined related case reason code for the case that is being added. |
Offense Code |
Select the offense code for the new case that is being created from the drop-down list. |
