Action – Case Reassign Location Fields
The following fields are avialable when performing the Case Reassign Location action in List Manager.
Case Reassign Location Fields
Field Name Field Description
New Location Click Image to an office location.
Date Transferred Enter the date when the case was reassigned.
Reason From the drop-down list, select a reason for the reassignment.
Comment Type notes or comments related to the record. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
List Name Type a name for a list of incomplete items list that is generated. The list can be retrieved at a later time for use with List Manager.
